After nearly 10 years of ownership, Crescent Capital Partners exited Australian natural cosmetics brand Nude by Nature, selling the brand to Arrotex Pharmaceuticals.WHO: Launched in 2008, Nude by Nature believes in the transformative power of clean, high-performance makeup and skincare that nurtures your skin. Nude by Nature’s Natural Mineral Cover Foundation is the fifth-biggest seller in Australian pharmacies after global giants Maybelline, Revlon, L’Oréal, and Rimmel.
